The coach has more to say
The coach talks more now. Short shouts in the hard bits, stories in the quiet ones. Both switchable under Sound.
People told us the coach went quiet for half a minute at a time, and that the whole appeal of a class like this is someone talking you through the work. Fair. So the coach has two more things to say.
In the hard bits you get short shouts. Any sprint of fifteen seconds or more gets cheered through. They show up on the coach line as “Push”, in the bright panel, and they’re short on purpose. A shout, not a paragraph.

In the long quiet stretches you get stories and chatter instead. A tip about relaxing your grip, a heads-up about what’s coming, that kind of thing. Stories stay out of the sprints and clear out before one starts, so you never get a tip talked over a hard effort. Outside of the hard efforts the coach won’t go quiet for more than about forty seconds now.
If you’d rather ride the way it was, both are switchable. Open the sound settings mid-ride and you’ll find “Extra encouragement” and “Coach stories” under the coach voice. Turn both off and you get exactly the track you had before.

Rides you’ve already seen got the new lines too, so there’s nothing to wait for.
